Kerry’s Story
After over 30 years in the hair, beauty, spa, and aesthetics industry, I reached a point where I knew it was time to share what really makes a business work – not just in theory, but in practice.
I’ve worked at almost every level of this industry. I’ve been self-employed, part of corporate structures, and everything in between. I’ve worked nationally and internationally, within luxury 5-star environments, and behind the scenes supporting businesses to raise standards, improve performance, and increase revenue.
I still run a thriving spa and continue to work on the salon floor, which means I understand the realities you’re facing right now – from staffing challenges and retail resistance to time pressure and profitability. My training and mentoring comes from lived experience, not outdated models.
